Brand Communications Strategy: Naming and Marketing Narrative

In 2021, I worked with the brand team at LeaseLabs (a Real Page company) to develop brand communications strategy and narratives for their clients in the multifamily industry (real estate developers; mostly upscale apartment homes). My assignments included a combination of property naming, taglines, a series of headlines, elevator pitches, web content, and sample social media posts. Included is a deck with an excerpt of one such presentation for "The Lindley," a luxury high rise development by Toll Brothers in downtown San Diego.

The developer broke ground on the property in late 2022. The included photo shows the construction site with a headline I developed, and their website (linked below) contains the marketing copy that I wrote.
