Video: Private School Enrollment Promo
St. Gregory the Great Catholic School - January 20, 2026
St. Gregory the Great Catholic School (STGGCS) is a small private school in San Diego whose leaders desired to increase its enrollment numbers. Being one of the newest schools in the Catholic Diocese of San Diego, and given its tucked-away location, awareness of the school's existence was one of its biggest hurdles. With more than 20 years in operation, STGGCS had organically established a strong culture rooted in community and Catholic faith. And while it did already have a mission and vision statement, the school had never completed any formal brand positioning or voice development work.
Through a series of surveys, stakeholder interviews and competitive audits, I led development of a differentiated brand position for the school, along with complementary key messages and brand voice characteristics. As a first deliverable to help illustrate all of these elements working in concert, I created a promotional video to kick off the start of St. Gregory's 2026 enrollment season.
I wrote a one-minute voiceover script and edited the video together with both new and existing b-roll footage, and used an AI-generated voice that captured the essence of the brand persona. The result was an evergreen video that highlights the school's academic and co-curricular offerings, while creating a feeling that authentically reflects the school's faith-filled foundation and strong sense of community.
